HOUSES in Cartagena

This house was inhabited by Don Jose De Amador and plans for the independence in Cartagena took place there. 

Casa Don Sancho is located in the exclusive sector of Calle Don Sancho in the walled sector, near the Cathedral, Bolivar Square, Pedro de Heredia Theater and Santo Domingo Square. 

The house was restored in the year of 2002 by an artist from Bogotá specialized in Colonial and Republican art. 

Casa Don Sancho has monumental spaces with spectacular Colonial style heights, ceilings with carved wooden finish, a wine cellar, a pool, a watch tower, magnificent arches and columns and pretty interior colonial balconies.
 
In its corridors and bedrooms we find different designs and works that evoke different traditions.  The master bedroom is appropriate for a romantic wedding night and the house is frequently reserved for important receptions. 

It also has a two-car garage and a room for the driver and the service.

Accomodations: 3 habitations with 2 double beds, 3 habitations with one double bed and 3 habitations with 2 single beds.
– Every bedrooms has air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a bathroom.
– The 3 main rooms have hot water into the shower.
– Wifi only in social areas (lounges, balconies and patio).

The service includes the 5 employees to help make your stay in the city a hassle-free experience. Feeding the employees must be provided by renters. Employees work from 07 am to 20:00 pm, additional time must be requested previously.
